Domestic Violence Against Women
On Wednesday March 17, 2010 the media, male and female household heads of Mushin Local Government Area gathered at the Abimbola Fasola Hall of the Mushin Local Government Secretariat for the Town Hall Meeting on Domestic Violence Against Women organised by GADA and WRAPA as part of the Raising Her Voice (RHV) project with support from Oxfam GB and DFID.

Gender and Development Action with support from African Women Development Fund (AWDF), carried out Consultations/Constituency Building in Epe Local Government Area on February 23, 2010, as part of the project on Promoting Women’s Rights and Politicizing Constitutional/Electoral Reforms through Community Based Awareness Programmes and Networking. GADA team met with Local Government Officials and leaders of Community Development Associations.
